Kevin Pratt

Kevin Pratt has lived in Manhattan Beach for over 40 years and has been selling beach real estate for 26 years. He began his real estate career in 1989 with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services in West Los Angeles. In addition to selling beach properties, Kevin managed a Manhattan Beach real estate office with over eighty agents for the past 15 years. His overall knowledge and experience of the real estate industry provides the special skills and resources necessary to succeed in today's marketplace.

Kevin is a member of Mira Costa High School's class of 1980. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University in 1985, he worked as a District Sales Manager for Club Med, Inc. for over three years before moving on to a real estate career. He achieved this position through climbing the ranks of Club Med, starting as a sports director at Village locations in the Dominican Republic, Tahiti, and Bermuda.

Kevin and Brigitte have been married over 25 years and enjoy working together as a team and sharing their knowledge of the South Bay with their clients. They have two daughters, who have graduated through the Manhattan Beach Unified School system.
