Kim was with us every step of the way and had some real insight into what we, as first time buyers, should be looking at for both our own living experience and resale value. Whenever we were confused or everything was moving too quickly, she was happy to call us and walk through it (even while juggling her family life and even when she was on vacation abroad!). She's also really good about keeping you motivated when you lose hope in finding anything. I was thinking it would take at least 6 months, but we found something in 3 months!

Kim's team is truly exceptional, they were there for us on every step of the process. As a first-time buyer, everything was new to my wife and me. Kim and her team always went the extra mile to explain the steps and timeline of the escrow process and also pushed for the better strategy to get our offer accepted. This was back in 2021 on a very though market for buyers where cash offers would wipe everyone with a loan out (we had a loan). Long story short we got our first own and will always be grateful for Kim's work. -BV
