Kimberly Fowlkes

I have worked in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1999. My husband and I moved to Stevenson Ranch in 2004 and we wouldn’t want to raise our 2 kids anywhere else! As a family, we are highly involved with the schools and youth sports programs.
I have both a bachelor and master’s degree, 2 credentials in education and am a licensed real estate agent; all of which allow me to do what I love which is working with children and families. As an educator in Valencia for almost 10 years, I have extensive background knowledge of the school districts in and around the Santa Clarita Valley.
I joined RE/MAX and created the Kim and Kathleen Real Estate Team because I saw the need to sustain a business philosophy in real estate that provides the utmost in personal and professional service with unwavering dedication to the client’s best interest.
I am enthusiastic, trustworthy, patient and kind. I believe that integrity is one of the largest contributions that I bring to the real estate industry. I come from a family with a very strong law enforcement background and thus am extremely proud of the values that have come from that aspect of my life.
