My partner and I chose to work with Kris due to her immense background of working with people and the amount of knowledge Kris had of homes in South Minneapolis. From the first time we met with Kris, we felt cared for and that we could trust putting one of the biggest decisions of our lives in her hands. We'd known Keller Williams was a popular real estate brokerage, but quickly learned that their large network and friendly employees really set them apart. Kris went above and beyond, showing us homes at least every other day for about a month. We are extremely appreciative of this, as it took us some time to really get the feel of what homes are available in Minneapolis in our price range. It took a great amount of patience from Kris to really walk us through the home buying process during a time when the market is at a wild point and inventory is low. We were also impressed with the way every document and word definition were explained to us along the way, and the way Kris looked out for us and our best interest during the inspection and negotiations. Although this was a stressful process, we were never let down by our realtor.
