My experience with Kyler was one of best experiences I have had. He was knowledgeable, professional and always available to answer questions. I appreciated his honesty. I think it takes skill to be able to sell a home in three and one half weeks. Would highly recommend Kyler as a real estate agent.

Kyler was a part of our family before we even knew it! As we started looking for our first home in a new town he guided us along the path of something that we thought would be very intimidating for my husband and myself but Kyler made the experience not only very pleasant but also exciting (as it should be)! As we walked through houses he would bring up suggestions that helped put perspective on things we would not have thought of, being first time home buyer’s. Kyler, also made the whole process fast and efficient when it comes to such a crazy market here in the Treasure Valley. He gave us hope and followed through. In the end we ended up with the house of our dreams and a friend for life. Do yourself a favor and call Kyler and the Boise Roots team! It’s easy!

We were lucky enough to work with Kyler Wartmann and Boise Roots Real Estate to buy our very first and potentially forever home in Nampa, ID, within the beautiful Treasure Valley area. We are from out of state and Kyler received us and treated us as if he had known my wife and I for a very long time. He listened more than he spoke and when he did speak, he chose his words professionally and politely and made very valid suggestions informing us of what to expect as a first time buyer in the valley.
