Lacy Williams

Lacy is a dedicated top-producing real estate professional. In 2007, she was one of the top 5 agents in the Richmond Association of Realtors and is a Ruby award winner, which is the highest designation awarded by the Richmond Association of Realtors. Along with her selling, listing, and marketing activities, she has been involved in assisting with the strategic direction and operations of Joyner Fine Properties for the past eight+ years.

Lacy’s experience includes selling houses and condominiums throughout the greater Richmond area, specializing in Downtown (area 10), the near West end (area 20), and Henrico County (Area 22). She is a lifelong resident of Richmond which gives her an in-depth perspective of the Richmond market and of Richmond’s facilities. She has also been involved with several historic rehabs and renovations and has an architectural eye for innovative ideas on renovating historic properties.

Before coming to Joyner Fine Properties, Lacy had a successful career in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 Information Technology company for 30 years.
