Larry Margo is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience specializing in the sale, leasing, acquisition, and exchange of commercial properties throughout Southern California. With Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, he has built a strong track record representing clients across a wide range of asset types, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties. His expertise also includes investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and 1031 exchange transactions.
Throughout his career, Larry has been recognized for his commitment to client service, market knowledge, and transaction expertise, earning distinctions such as the Berkshire Hathaway Chairman's Circle Gold Award. Prior to and during his real estate career, he also spent more than three decades as a professional actor, holding memberships in SAG, AFTRA, and AEA, which helped develop the communication and relationship-building skills that continue to serve his clients today.
