I met Laura in Oct 2020 when I started my home buying process. My home is currently being built. In the last 6 months she has been extremely helpful in my journey. From the first meeting with her. I explained to her what I wanted. What I didn’t want. What I was scared of. ETC. She took me to the new builds that I was interested in. Based on the things I told her, she also took me to developments she thought I would like. She was right! I ended up purchasing with a builder that I was not initially aware of. She has accompanied me to all of my appointments. Design studio, meeting the superintendent etc. She asks questions that I would never think to ask. She also has other clients who have purchased in my development so she has advice and comments on their process and what to look and ask for. Laura has been extremely helpful in this process and made things go smooth. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase a home.
