LeeAnn Rhoden

I am a REALTOR® who has lived in the Metro Augusta, GA area for over ten years and this is truly home for me and my family. My love of Real Estate goes back to 2002 in Florida where I was a mortgage broker and New Homes Sales Consultant for a builder. I am currently a licensed and Top Producing REALTOR® in both Georgia and South Carolina and I am a member of the National, Georgia, and Greater Augusta Associations of REALTORS®. I have earned the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative to better serve buyers, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist focusing on the special needs specifically tailored for senior citizens. I also hold a Military Relocation Professional certification, proud to help our military families with their PCS needs.

I believe in serving others and my community. I served as treasurer for my son’s Cub Scout Pack. I have the honor of being an Ambassador for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, welcoming new businesses and members to the Chamber and I was named Ambassador of the Year for 2022. I belong to the Home Builders Association of Aiken and Augusta, I serve on the REALTORS® of Greater Augusta committee for education, I volunteer with Middle School students at the Junior Achievement Discovery Center teaching them financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
