I can’t speak highly enough of Teodora and the team at LaRocca Real Estate and Vista Sotheby’s International Realty. I haven’t purchased a home yet, but I’ve been interacting with Teodora for the last two years. It all started when I signed up on the website to view details and pictures of a house that, quite frankly, I could not afford; I was just dreaming. Teodora reached out to me and, instead of being annoyed that I was just looking, she was kind and encouraging. When I was looking for a realtor to sell my rental townhouse last year, I met with 2 other agents. From the initial impression, I could tell Lenny and Teodora not only had solid knowledge of the market, but also a better game plan in getting the word out about my property.
The process went smoothly and my property was sold fairly quickly.
I did have tenants in the property at the time and there was some concern whether they would be able to find suitable housing to move out on time. Teodora was amazing in dealing with the tenants and went out of her way to assist them.
Throughout the process, I was able to easily reach them and answer any questions or concerns I had.

Teodora and Lenny are a wonderful couple. I signed up with one agent and I received the service of two real estate experts. They are knowledgeable and responsive. I like their honesty and integrity. Lenny is the best of the best. I worked with many real estate agents before but he is by far the most knowledgeable and most importantly the nicest person your meet. Throughout the whole process he was always on top of things even working while on vacation to make sure everything was on track. This was a unique transaction as one of the seller didn't have the motivation to sell and Lenny was able to move everything in the right direction ultimately closing the transaction.
