I'm a first time home buyer and my real estate agent was Stefany Falkowitz. I can't say enough about what a phenomenal job she did! She was incredibly responsive, got me into houses so quickly, and did a wonderful job guiding me through this incredibly hectic, stressful process. I don't know what I would be done without her! Lisa was right there, every step of the way in helping us to sell our home. 1. She did a walk-through with us to Identify what we needed to do in preparation to sell 2. She was always readily available to answer questions 3. She facilitated a couple of open houses to bring in more traffic 4. She encouraged and facilitated hygienic protocols, as it was happening amidst a pandemic 5. She made use of multiple websites and search engines to drive potential buyers to our listing 6. My wife and I just bought our first house with Lisa's help - we had tons of questions and she always knew the answers or knew how to get them. She was incredibly helpful, super quick and easy to get in touch with, accommodated our schedule/needs (we were out of town and looking to move here, and the turnover was crazy fast so getting here to view in time could be tricky). She knows tons about the area, and has lots of great recommendations. Lisa helped make an incredibly stressful prospect and made it as painless and smooth as possible - I hope I'm not in the market for a house for a looong time, but wouldn't hesitate to buy with Lisa again!

My wife and I were looking at buying a house in Lake George for over a 3 to 4 year period. We called several real estate agents. They met with us once and that was it; Never heard from them again. Then we saw a house that we liked and called Exit Reality. That’s when we were introduced to Lisa Grassi Bartlett. We cannot say enough Good things about Lisa. She is the “Best of the Best”. Before Lisa we had experience with 2 other realtors that were pretty terrible experiences. I was beginning to think that realtors were just useless and that good ones didn't exist. I am so happy to say that my opinion couldn't be more the opposite now. Lisa represented us as buyers and we couldn't be happier with her service. I cannot even begin to explain the work that Lisa puts into every detail of this process. Our transaction was unique to say the least and she guided us through the process with grace, professionalism, and a great sense of humor (that's most important in my book). With a hot market you have to move quick and make huge life changing decisions very quickly. She was compassionate about this and helped us navigate these decisions.
I saved the best for last though. My favorite element to working with Lisa is simply this: she knows her stuff. She has a background in construction and knows houses in and out. She is ridiculously well connected and has someone for every issue you could possibly come across!
I recommend her to everyone!

I had just lost my home to a fire and my son ( who had bought a house through her) called Lisa to help us find a new one. She jumped right in to help out. We found the perfect house for me after about 5 houses we looked at. Signed the contract, then Covid shut everything down. Lisa checked up on me all the time. Let me know what was going on, truly cared about me. After about 5 months was able to close on the house. Everything Lisa does is above and beyond what a realtor is. From the beautiful housewarming gift, the text to see how the renovations were going, to the yummy cinnamon buns at Christmas. What a wonderful and caring person she is.

Lisa Grassi Bartlett is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. Quite frankly, Lisa is probably the best service based person I have ever worked with in any profession. Lisa was recommended to me to assist in selling my deceased mom's house after she passed away. I live 200 miles away so it was difficult for me to be there during the process. Lisa was fantastic in doing all the little things that I would have had to do if I was in the area. She saved me so much time and money, and the sale was so very difficult because of the condition of the home and my distance from it. Lisa handled every single "situation" that arose with grace and kindness. I don't know what I would have done without her. If you are looking for an agent that is beyond compare, Lisa is your person! If there were 100 stars, I would have chosen that rating.
