Loan Kim Hau is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Colorado, specializing in residential. Loan first discovered her passion for Real Estate while assisting her parents in building their dream home when she was 16 years old. Growing up in the Mile High City, Loan is no stranger to the breathtaking views of the Rockies and not shy to any of the activities Colorado has to offer. Besides being the home to the Denver Broncos (Go Broncos!), Colorado is where she has lived all her life. Her knowledge of her home state is no less the love she has for the place she was born and raised in.

Her passion for homes, combined with her background in sales, naturally compelled her to the wonderful world of real estate where she can not only continue to build relationships but also help many complete their dreams of owning a home.

Loan’s educational background includes a degree in business administration. Her education has given her the edge to connect the business world of Real Estate to a more personable atmosphere where integrity and effort makes selling/owning a home a smooth experience for her clients.
