Lou Dunham

Lou Dunham has worked as a real estate broker for more than 13 years. Before entering the real estate profession, he was a high school science and biology teacher, as well as a high school coach. He works out of John L. Scott’s Spokane office and loves helping others who call the Spokane area home. He serves all of greater Spokane and has also helped clients realize their dreams in Lincoln, Stevens, and Pend Oreille Counties.

For Lou, real estate is about consulting and advising clients in one of the most important financial decisions they make in their lifetime. With this in mind, his approach is focused on listening to his clients wants and needs and serving as an advocate and competent representative of clients during the transaction process. His background in education means Lou is able to effectively educate his clients so they understand the market and the buying and selling process. In turn, his clients are able to make informed and intelligent decisions.

Lou feels that it’s important to understand we no longer live just in a community, but in a complex, changing and challenging world. Accordingly, being able to reach far beyond the local community when serving buyers and sellers is critical in today’s market. Lou develops a comprehensive market plan using a variety of marketing strategies to promote clients’ needs in the ever-changing real estate market.

Lou also volunteers with youth programs, participates in service work, and stays involved with church activities. Additionally, Lou enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren in his spare time.
