Lynne Hendricks

A top producing Realtor with Realty ONE Group NEST and consistent top selling realtor in Newburyport, Lynne grew up in the city's storied south end, attending local schools and returning to the area with her husband and 3 children in 2007. Lynne has been a Licensed Realtor since 2004, working with her family’s Florida Gulf Coast real estate firm, specializing in luxury properties. As a young girl, Lynne's parents settled in Newburyport in 1975 during the city’s restoration. They were early investors of downtown real estate at a time of immense growth and upheaval, and that sense of potential and promise, bolstered by a commitment to hard work, forms the backbone of Lynne's work as a realtor.
