Mandy brings over twenty years of professional business, real estate, and paralegal experience to Element Realty Services. She has an established track record as a top-producing agent in East Aurora and the surrounding Western New York communities, earning a reputation for her in depth market knowledge and client-first approach, and steady community involvement. She also has served her home community as a Zoning Board of Appeals board member since 2021. That experience provides her clients with a unique and comprehensive understanding of municipal and zoning regulations that affect both property use and values.

A native of Western New York, Mandy’s roots in real estate run deep—her grandfather operated a successful brokerage in East Aurora for decades. Inspired by that legacy, Mandy built her own path in the industry, ultimately owning and operating JRS Morgan Realty for many years. In 2025, after closing this chapter of ownership, she made the strategic decision to join Element Realty Services.
