Manya Arakelian

Manya obtained her license in 2013 and has been working in the industry since. Having lived in Southern California for the majority of her life, she graduated locally from Glendale High School and continued her education at UC San Diego where she graduated with a Masters in Structural engineering. After a successful decade-long career in structural design and construction, she left her engineering position to pursue her passion for real estate. Her meticulous and detail-oriented personality along with her love for problem-solving come in handy as no two transactions are the same. Her engineering experience allows her to offer clients a different perspective that goes beyond aesthetics. She understands the gravity of the purchase and sale of your home and she prides herself on being as helpful as possible throughout the process. In her free time, Manya enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball, and coloring within the lines with her two toddlers.
