12/31/2014 - betcjoe Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Newhall, Newhall, CA. We can't begin to tell you how supportive and tenacious Manya was in handling a very difficult home purchase for us. She repeatedly ran interference for us with incompetent Quicken Loan personnel and, personally, called the escrow company, title company, and had a representative meet us at the County recorder to ensure our loan was funded on time. The contractor, who had done the remodel, left several problems (crack in ceiling, disconnected A/C ducts, and covered phone jacks}. Manya did not stop representing us even though the sale was complete and the contractor finally completed the repairs. We would definitely recommend Manya as a real estate agent and will use her in all our future real estate endeavors.

Her office is situated directly across the street from the entrance. Manya maintained her patience as she tried to locate the perfect home for me. She must have showed me 15 homes before settling into the home I fell in love with and eventually purchased. Manya really outdid herself assisting me with a difficult escrow. She just kept on plugging up to the close of escrow. I am so happy to have met and worked with Manya. She deserves the best recommendation I can give.
