Licensed in TN and GA, Marcia serves buyers and sellers with a pledge to always put the needs of her clients first while supplying consistent, high-quality service. She has lived in this area for many years and is familiar with the various neighborhoods. Buying or selling a house can be a scary thing. That's where she comes in. Marcia deals with both buyers and sellers. Before entering real estate, she earned an MBA degree in Marketing and held executive-level marketing positions for twenty + years. When listing a home, she uses her experience and skill in marketing to get homes sold quickly while netting sellers the most money possible. When Marcia isn’t selling houses, she spends time working on her small farm and enjoying all kinds of outdoor activities. She reports to her team CEO, Millie, (her 13-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who supervises day-to-day operations at the Casteel household.
