Marcus is great! He listened to my wants and set up a site for me to view listings that met my requirements. He was more than willing to work around my schedule and would meet me in the evenings. He gave amazing advice and would point out details about the houses I was looking at to help me make an informed decision. He guided me throughout the entire buying process. I believe that Marcus truly cares.

After having a terrible experience with another agent, we left the showing and happened to stop at an open house where we met Marcus. After talking to him for a few minutes I knew he was the perfect agent for us. He listened to everything we were looking for in a house, set us up to receive listings based on our list of wants, joked with my husband and I about man caves, and helped us to forget about the awful agent we had just left.
He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and has a great work ethic. My schedule was crazy, and Marcus had no problems meeting us late, early or mid day to accommodate us. He answered all of the questions I had and I had a lot of them. He also never made me feel bad for asking so many questions. He is genuinely invested in making you feel comfortable throughout the entire home purchasing process.
If you’re looking for an agent that cares more about finding you your forever home than earning a commission then you need to call Marcus NOW! 5 stars isn’t enough for this guy.
