Marcus Necessary

Marcus is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. Both his father and mother’s families are in the construction business in one way or another; road construction, subdivision development and new home construction. When he was twelve, he started working with his grandfather on job sites, mostly picking up trash or other small jobs. It was during this time, under his mentorship, that I developed my passion for Real Estate in Northwest Arkansas.

In 2003 he obtained my Arkansas Real Estate license and joined the National Association of Realtors. In 2006 he earned his Broker’s license and became the Principal Broker at a National Franchise office in Bentonville. In 2008 he made the transition to Executive Broker at Weichert, Realtors - The Griffin Company, also in Bentonville. He has earned his Relocation Specialist Designation from Prudential Relocation, Weichert Relocation and SIRVA Relocation. He is also Dave Ramsey’s Endorsed Local Provider for Benton County.

His commitment to his clients goes beyond merely earning a commission. Marcus enjoys building relationships with his clients and treating them like family. Whether it is collaborating with sellers or collaborating with buyers, he believes that communication is the most important aspect of our relationship. He strives to walk his clients through the process, treating them with respect and having the utmost integrity, to provide amazing customer service. He has sold real estate since 2003 and plan to sell for many more. His goal is to wow clients with service that is worthy of their referrals and repeat business.

He reside in Bentonville with his wife, Alexis, and two boys Walker and Will. Mark is a graduate of Bentonville High School and John Brown University. As a family, they enjoy Razorback Football games and spending time with their extended family in the area. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing and duck hunting in Central Arkansas. Previously, he was the Chairman for the Benton County Ducks Unlimited, the largest chapter in the State of Arkansas, earning Chairman of the year in 2014 for the State of Arkansas.
