Marcus has proudly built his real estate career one satisfied client at a time. His unrelenting work ethic, razor-sharp knowledge and expert negotiating skills set him apart from his peers in an industry where the payouts can be huge and the competition steep.

Over the past eight years, Marcus successfully sold luxury homes in Los Angeles & Merced, California where he was involved in over $185 Million of real estate transactions and counting. Marcus was recently named a 2022 REALTOR® Magazine “30 Under 30” Recipient which features 30 young, rising stars in the real estate industry across the United States and In 2018 Marcus and his team made the list of the top half of the 1% of 1.4 million real estate agents in the United States. He has represented executives of Snapchat, Facebook, Riot Games, Amazon as well as overseas investors and developers.

Always striving to be one step ahead of the competition, Marcus has worked with Chris Voss, author of “Never Split the Difference” who was the lead international kidnapping negotiator for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as the FBI’s hostage negotiation representative for National Security. Marcus is able to combine real estate and his training with Chris in high-stakes negotiations to gain his clients the edge in buying or selling.

Marcus was born and raised in Merced, California and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, ranging from every corner bakery and fine restaurant to the personality and history of every neighborhood in the city he loves so much.

Coming from humble beginnings, Marcus’ family spent many days in line at the local Food Bank which is why he gives back by donating a percentage of each commission check to Feeding America of Merced County and the Salvation Army of Merced whose sole mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of food banks and engage in the fight to end hunger.

When not in the office, Marcus enjoys being outdoors in the California sun bodyboarding, hiking, cycling, golfing and working out. He also enjoys having a nice cigar with his closest friends anytime he gets the chance.
