We had a wonderful experience working with Maribeth to purchase a home in Oakdale recently. Maribeth was easy to work with, warm personality and very knowledgable about the area, totally responsive to our needs, helped to locate viable properties, and worked quickly so we could respond to the tough market conditions within hours of requests. When we hit a snag for the final closing, which we were working on remotely, she personally stepped in to work the logistics for us to allow us to close on time - helpful to us and to the sellers! We have worked with her in the past and would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area (Oakdale, Modesto, surrounding communities) for real estate assistance.
