Maritza Escobar

Maritza was born and raised in El Salvador, Central America. She grew up in a real estate development family. Maritza grew up with family members that designed and built homes from the ground up, the mentality was that when you grow up you own your house; with that being said, Maritza has a high level of respect, appreciation, and passion for real estate.

Maritza is a hard working & diligent professional who has the transactional experience and the process down. She is a listener and never make her family and friends her clients but make her clients her friends.

She loves what she does and that is helping people find their home; seeing her clients find a house is exciting for Maritza but, seeing them converting it into their home is the reason Maritza loves what she does.

Maritza is a bilingual agent fluent in Spanish and English and also understand Portuguese and Italian.
