The Mark Ryan Group were recommended to me when I wanted to start investing in real estate. They met with me multiple times explaining what to look for in properties and how to run the numbers to ensure I could get a good cash flowing property.
When I was ready to start looking at properties, Hailey did a great job communicating and promptly getting showings scheduled. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the local market.

We’d give Laura Ryan more than 5 stars as a super realtor. As we were buying a house from out of state we needed a realtor who would pay attention to every detail and be our advocate. She did a wonderful job at both. We bought a flip house with many issues flagged at inspection that the seller agreed to fix. The re-inspection the day before we were to close showed that many of the issues had not been addressed. Laura really flew into action and took charge of the situation including bringing in the subcontractors that she trusted. She somehow got these crews working on the house with just a day’s notice and got all issues on the list resolved and we close just 2 days late. She has continued to be a great resource as we are getting settles into the new house. We’d highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a realtor in the Centerville OH area.

They let me know their strategy and explained their reasoning clearly and answered all my questions, but still made it clear that I had the final say on what to do. Some parts of their strategy seemed counterintuitive but I decided to just let them steer because they're the professionals after all. And I'm glad I did because all their advice worked out great! My wife & I lived in our first house for 42+ years when a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren as neighbors became an unexpected and exciting possibility. Our son and daughter-in-law recommended the Mark Ryan Group because of three very positive experiences they already had with MRG.

It would be an understatement to merely say that Mark & Laura were absolutely fantastic in handling the purchase of our new house which had to occur within a very small window of time, as well as the sale of our much-loved old house (WOW, beyond expectations!) They were both so patient, professional, & personable as they explained the step-by-step processes and expectations of our real estate transactions. We likely tested them more than anyone ever has but they were always reassuring and did we already mention ... patient! Because they really are a team, we certainly don't want to forget appreciation for Nicole and Meg who also were a great help.

Mark is a very personable realtor. He took the time with me and my husband back in 2008 when were were hunting for our first home. Him and his wife Laura made sure we knew about each area (schools, demographics, etc) so we could make an educated decision on the area around Dayton that we would be most comfortable in. We toured houses 1 day and made an offer on one that night. He knew exactly what to show us! So, we knew who to turn to when we needed to put that house on the market in January of this year (2011). 55 days later we had a contract and couldn't have been more thrilled at the final sales price. We did not have too much time nor budget to work with and we wanted a move-in ready house, therefore our options were really limited. In a period of 3 weeks we had to house hunt, view, and make an offer. and Stephanie Clemens really helped us out throughout the whole process. From the first contact we established with her, she provided us with really good options for condos/houses in the area we wanted. She understood our needs and was really patient to show us around and answer all sorts of first-time homebuyers rookie questions. Our schedule to visit the houses was really awful, we could only make it Saturday and Sunday until late afternoon, or very early in the morning and that never seemed to be a problem. She was also really helpful in providing insight regarding the comps, and how the whole process of making an offer works. She also provided guidance that we, as first-time homebuyers were in real need of. Since we were not living in Dayton, Ohio at the time, we had to solve everything remotely and that never seemed to be a problem in our communications with her. She replied e-mails and phone calls promptly and clearly, and was really resourceful when something was out of her reach. Nicole Schuder, with Mark Ryan Group, was instrumental in helping us find the home that met our family needs. We moved to Ohio 4 years ago. We had contacted other realtors around the area but level of engagement was disappointing and we decided against purchasing the house.
