My wife and I worked with Mark to buy a home in 2017 (which we still live in now) and we're now working with Mark again here in 2023 in order to buy some land for recreation & vacation rentals.

Sometimes people just need help with stuff. Owning our home over the last 6 years, we've needed help with landscaping, concrete work, electrical and general construction. In all of those tradesman areas, I never actually felt like I found a real ally. And by "ally", I mean someone that wants to work with me to accomplish a goal. Honestly, most of the time I feel like I'm working against someone, because I'm so often told that the thing I wan to accomplish can't be done, or it's outside of our budget. There's often a general lack of creative approaches and problem solving.

Now that I'm working with Mark again, I realize that I've almost forgotten what it feels like to actually have an ally – someone that feels like they're on MY team. On my side. Mark is a go-getter, and relentlessly fights to help my wife and I accomplish our goals. Even when our dreams are lofty, we've found Mark to be a "yes" person. And he's definitely an ally.

I'm glad to have someone on my side, and who's willing to work to help us achieve our dreams.

How can I keep this short? I am thrilled to write this glowing review for Mark Stevens, as a key member of the listing agent team for an incomplete build she played a huge role in the successful completion of a $1.025M build at the Timberstone Golf Course. From the start to a loooong…. finish, Mark demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the transaction that went WAAAY above and beyond to get us to close. The website, staging and advertising efforts were phenomenal, and she brings with her high-powered buyers as well.
One of Mark's standout moments was his willingness to offer a remodeling contact for a last-minute kitchen cabinet swap. This unexpected change could have caused significant delays and frustration, but Mark's extensive network and industry knowledge allowed him to swiftly find a solution.
Mark's assistance with the 39-item punchlist (longest RE-10 ever written, ha!) was invaluable. He diligently worked alongside me as the builder to address each item on the list with meticulous attention to detail (including light bulbs). His dedication on evenings and weekends shows his professionalism and commitment to a close. This exceptional level of service and personal touch truly sets him apart from other listing agents.

My son recommended Mark when I was planning to sell my home of 20 years and needed to maximize the value of the home on a large lot with a large shop making it an unusual offering. Mark was exceptionally attentive with my goal and researched every detail and kept me informed of his progress resulting in a professional listing. Mark is great to work with. Extensive knowledge of Real Estate in general, but extremely helpful in steering you to the best environment and home for you. We moved from out of state with limited knowledge of the area, and Mark helped up investigate a wide variety of options which while promising did not fit our personal style and preferences. He used that knowledge to guide us to a choice we are very happy with. We ended up with a new build, and his extensive background in construction and building methods and materials was invaluable. I obviously highly recommend him. His follow up is great as well as his personal integrity.

I previously worked with Mark when purchasing my first home 5 years ago. I was impressed by his prompt/reliable communication, attention to detail, friendly positive energy, and dedication to his clients. I knew I wanted to work with him again when it was time to sell my home. Since my job required me to move out of state prior to putting my place on the market, I depended on Mark to plan and manage all aspects including staging, routine checking of my property, and managing contractors for repairs. I knew even if I couldn't be there, my property would be in great hands with Mark while it was on the market.
On day of showings, I really appreciated how Mark always went early to open the windows, clean the floors, and check the property. He designed several different advertising methods including seller's introduction of property, pamphlets, social media, blogs, and videos that reached customers both inside and outside of the state. Mark also had my property staged beautifully so that it stood out from the other 3 or 4 units that were on sale in the same building. When pricing the property, he performed both a detailed market analysis and also took my opinion into consideration to determine the final price. Therefore, I was always confident and happy with the pricing of my property.
Although I was in a different time-zone, I was always able to reach Mark while working with him. It was impressive that whether I emailed or texted or called, I always had an answer from him within 15 minutes.
I really enjoyed working with Mark for both the buying and selling process. My cases were extremely challenging because I feel like I was in the seller's market when I need to buy and then in a buyer's market when I really needed to sell. But Mark knew how to adapt for these different markets and he made the process easy and stress-free. In both cases he got me the exact results I wanted!

If buying, or selling in Boise metro look no further than Mark Stevens! Mark is honest, communicates clearly, respectful, and has your best interest at heart. We've had less than pleasant experiences buying/selling in the past, and Mark was a breath of fresh air. We honestly can't recommend him enough!
