Martin is THE BEST! We had been looking for a place for about 9 months and Martin kept us encouraged and excited the entire time. He was extremely communicative, strategic, and an absolute wealth of knowledge - we always felt that we were in very good hands with making such a large investment. Once we found our place (which we LOVE) I was honestly a bit sad that I wouldn't get to see him on the weekends, thats how much we enjoyed working with Martin. He and the entire Live Laugh Denver team took incredible care of us - cannot recommend enough!

I could not have asked for a better realtor! I was a first time home buyer and on top of that was closing at the start of the COVID pandemic. I was definitely considering backing out because of all the uncertainty, but Martin helped guide me through it and its been the best investment. I would recommend him to everyone!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Martin as my realtor twice this year! First, with the sale of the exciting downtown condo he originally helped me snag years ago, and now with another great purchase. This time, we sought and found a house with some space to grow, just a little further out of the city.
