Mary was amazing to work with! Her advice was extremely helpful and we listed with her using her practical suggestions. She sold our house in 3 days for more than we asked! Her passion is incredible! Her ideas were clever too! She did not hold regular open houses- she held sunset open houses showcasing the gorgeous sunsets over the pool and lake!
We continued working with her to purchase our new home too.
Mary is very knowledgeable and her dedication is amazing. But for us we found a friend in her- she has the best personality! Thank you Mary!

I cannot say enough great things about Mary. She was the buyers agent on the home that I am currently selling and closing on tomorrow. I know it might seem a little strange a seller writing a review for a buyers agent but I sold my home for sale by owner. Having Mary help direct me in the right direction with all of the dealings of paperwork and inspections and everything else that comes with selling your house on you own is so greatly appreciated. She made selling my home such an easy carefree experience. Mary educated me on many things and was very supportive. She did all of this while also assisting her clients. She was extremely attentive to phone calls and text messages and made sure to never let a question go unanswered. She is a wonderfully kind woman and I would refer her to anyone whether you are buying a home or selling a home.

Me and my husband met Mary at an open house in Riverview. We weren't planning on purchasing a home yet; we just loved the neighborhood and wanted to check it out even though it was pouring rain. Lol We were completely honest with her yet we clicked instantly and she treated us like family. She knew we would be first time home buyers and offered to help us and send us information. For 2 yrs she sent us real estate info by mail and email (newsletters) and we just never forgot about her. When we were finally ready to buy, she helped us through and through. The negotiations were tough because of covid and issues with the other agent but she made it happen. She even checked on us periodically after the closing. Hire a professional that treats you like family! That's what I learned from our home buying journey. :) I've never met anyone in real estate so dedicated to their profession and their clients.

Mary possesses all of the skills and qualities of an AMAZING real estate agent!! I feel truly blessed to have met her and have her guidance through my journey of being both a buyer and seller at the same time. Life doesn't get more stressful than that, yet Mary ensured the process moved steadily along and through the team approach that Mary takes with her clients, we were able to manage the whole process almost flawlessly. I could not imagine ever using another real estate agent. Most significantly is that Mary remained patient and understanding despite some personal challenges I was experiencing with the co-owner of the property, during the selling process.
