Alex Ritzenhein was born and raised in Grant, Michigan and moved to Grand Rapids in 2012. She is currently in the insurance industry and is going to bring her negotiating skills and attention to detail to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Alex Ritzenhein started in the restaurant industry as a waitress right out of high school. She was quickly promoted to manager and stayed in the industry for 5 years. Leaving was bitter sweet as she loved all of her regular customers and employees but with the thought of a family it was time for a change. This is when she moved into the insurance space. This experience has given her real life knowledge of negotiating deals, deescalating situations and problem solving that has made her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Alex Ritzenhein entered into real estate to create a more flexible schedule for her growing family and help her clients reach their goals, whether that be purchasing a new home, buying an investment property or selling their current home. She still lives in the Grand Rapids area with her husband, their daughter, two cats and the newest addition their dog. In her free time she loves hanging with her family at the beach, at the pool or just cuddled up on the couch.
