Mat Armstrong

I am a motivated, high energy, service-oriented person who enjoys meeting and helping others.

During my youth, I lived abroad and spent time at U.S. Embassies around the world. As a result of these experiences, I learned the art of diplomacy, communication, and negotiation. Today, I am able to bring these skills into my real estate transactions for the benefit of my clients. I am also able to conduct business in both English and Spanish.

Throughout my career, I have worked both stateside and internationally, leading teams and managing large-scale projects for the government and the commercial sector. As a result, I have developed exemplary organization and problem-solving skills, which help me to find creative solutions and "a way to yes", when real estate negotiations become challenging.

Upon visiting Charleston in the early 2000s, my wife and I fell in love with the area and all that it had to offer. Fast forward 20 years, and we have raised our three boys here and had countless visitors. As a long-time resident, I have become very knowledgeable about the local community, school systems, and the many other offerings and activities available throughout the area.
