Decided to try and buy a house right at the peak of the market in 2022. Thought I was in for at least 6-12 months of searching. Matt helped me find the perfect home in just about a month, always seemed to make us a priority, nights, weekends, northtowns, southtowns, whatever. Can't recommend highly enough!

The process of selling AND FINDING a new home simultaneously can be extremely stressful. With Matt on our side I can say that stress was greatly eased. We listened to what he recommended on the sale of our home and it worked out wonderfully with us receiving well over our asking price. He was also able to get us offers with an extended close time to ensure we would find our next home. Even though we're allotted that extra time, we found our next home within 1 week of our sale offer being accepted! Part of that was Matt's guidance to ensure we made the best offer we could while still staying within our initial budget we discussed. Matt was available at all times with any questions we had throughout the process. He was extremely accommodating on scheduling the viewings for our potential purchase at all different times while working around our work schedule to ensure we didn't miss out on anything. Matt helped me purchase my first home with my boyfriend. From the start he was very responsive and communicated well. He always answered any questions I had no matter what time of the day. Being my first time purchasing a home, I definitely asked more questions than he was required to answer but he always did so right away and with a positive attitude. My boyfriend and I have completely opposite work schedules and Matt was able to accommodate showing us homes at odd times. I appreciated his honesty and trusted we were in good hands.
