Matt has managed our Fort Collins town home for the last 3 plus years. He is a asset to us.

He has found us reliable tenants and interfaces well with them monthly. He has kept us informed when repairs are needed and makes necessary arrangement to have the repairs done. He co-ordinates with tenants moving in and out which benefit both us and the tenant.

He makes sure we receive the rent on time.

We have been very pleased.
