Meghan started selling homes for her own family in 1999, and after living overseas for a bit and growing her family, she ultimately pursued her residential real estate license in 2005. Meghan has had the luxury of working with, and getting to know, many wonderful people along the way.
She and her family relocated from sunny San Diego to sunny Boulder in 2012, and it has felt like home for them since day one. She loves finding homes for folks moving to Boulder and Denver to live this ranking to its fullest.
Another "Happiest City" point - Boulder shines in its GREEN, sustainable, responsible living and building and walks that walk every day. Boulder is working to achieve NetZero energy usage with its stringent construction and energy codes, employing the use of the most sustainable and healthy materials in rehabs, remodels, and new construction. Meghan is so happy to have worked with and been a Board Member of the Colorado Green Build Guild (CGBG), and is a huge champion of the research, education and implementation of the most sustainable practices in the Boulder housing market.
One of the greatest pleasures and rewards in life is coming home - finding that perfect home or selling one’s home to allow them the opportunity to move on to their next adventure.
