Melanie Cordes

Melanie became a Realtor because she loves helping people make their dream of home ownership a reality, especially in Durango. She was fortunate enough to be born and raised here and can't imagine a better place to own a home. She grew up playing soccer, raising Guide Dogs for the Blind and learning the importance of balancing work and hobbies. While attending Fort Lewis College, she took advantage of their Junior Trimester Abroad program and spent six months studying business in Europe. After earning her Bachelor's Degree, she spent a summer in Minnesota working for Outward Bound. Her time away from Durango was just the experience she needed to realize that this amazing, unique community is where she wants to live, work and raise her family.
