For the last 25 years, real estate has been Melissa's life here at Coldwell Banker Heritage. Her career started shortly after college, selling her first home for 25k! Melissa was hooked. The hunt of finding the "perfect" home, navigating the buying process, or utilizing her marketing skills from UD to list homes. She has met the nicest people on this journey. Every day is a new adventure! Melissa took a career sabbatical raising four kids under the age of five! When they all were in school full-time, She came back to her old office and picked back up where she left off. As technology improved, it was easier to sell on the football field, wrestling meets, and dance recitals where she spent many hours! An opportunity came up in 2013, to manage her office. The time was now for me to give back to the agents. Encouraging and educating agents to be the best and give 100 percent to their clients has been her motto.
