Michael Tsypin

Michael Tsypin is a mortgage broker, lender, and CEO for New Vision Real Estate & Investments that has over 19 years of real estate experience and has spent 15 years in the Los Angeles real estate market and its surrounding counties. Michael is very dedicated and will go to great lengths to ensure every client receives the best service as he is always diligent and resourceful and gives his full attention to his clients.

Michael has lived and worked in Los Angeles for the last 20 years, has helped many clients, worked on several development projects, and has provided him with great insight and knowledge of the Los Angeles area. Michael loves the Los Angeles area as It allows for an amazing environment for his family, and many of his clients live near him. It offers excellent schools, parks, playgrounds, delicious restaurants, entertainment, movie theaters, and much more.

Michael immigrated to the United States in 1994 at the age of 12. He grew up and went to school in NYC. In 2002 he moved to Sunny California and started his career in financial services in a month. He worked at multiple fortune 500 companies in various titles and managerial roles. From there, he transitioned to become a lender in 50 states for a significant direct lender in their portfolio department. In 2007 he received his DRE ( Department of Real Estate ) real estate brokers license and started working with Coldwell Banker. In 2008 he transitioned to New Vision Real Estate & Investments as a Broker/CEO.

Michael specializes in residential, commercial, and development real estate. He consults with his clients who are buying or selling their property, institutional lenders, attorneys, and developers on their investments. He is an NMLS ( Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry ) and MLS (Multiple Listing Services ) licensed realtor. Michael has been named top producer and received customer service rewards for the past seven years; Michael and his team close over 100 transactions per year.

Michael comes with an open mind, tone of experience, and passion for every transaction. Every client has their own story and needs, and he makes sure to take his time to listen. He is dedicated to every person that comes through his door and always has the best intentions at heart. He provides knowledge, comfort, and many other resources to get his clients to closing.

Michael serves the community by volunteering at his children's school and tries to support the growing teenage community by training new agents to allow them a window of opportunity to gain knowledge and experience that he did not have.
