Michael has lived and worked in Los Angeles for the last 20 years, has helped many clients, worked on several development projects, and has provided him with great insight and knowledge of the Los Angeles area. Michael immigrated to the United States in 1994 at the age of 12. He grew up and went to school in NYC. In 2002 he moved to Sunny California and started his career in financial services in a month. He worked at multiple fortune 500 companies in various titles and managerial roles. From there, he transitioned to become a lender in 50 states for a significant direct lender in their portfolio department. In 2007 he received his DRE ( Department of Real Estate ) real estate brokers license and started working with Coldwell Banker. In 2008 he transitioned to New Vision Real Estate & Investments as a Broker/CEO.
Michael specializes in residential, commercial, and development real estate. He consults with his clients who are buying or selling their property, institutional lenders, attorneys, and developers on their investments. He is an NMLS ( Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry ) and MLS (Multiple Listing Services ) licensed realtor. Michael has been named top producer and received customer service rewards for the past seven years; Michael and his team close over 100 transactions per year.
Michael comes with an open mind, tone of experience, and passion for every transaction. Every client has their own story and needs, and he makes sure to take his time to listen.
