It was an absolute delight working with Michelle! I received a sudden job offer out-of-state, so we had a short timeline to sell our place. My husband and I are both extremely busy, a little bit scattered, and know nothing about selling homes. Michelle was such a patient, kind, and good-humored source of support during a stressful time. She was able to walk us through the entire process, including completing repairs, setting up staging, and getting photographs taken. She helped us get all of this done within a couple of weeks. She was always available to discuss anything we found confusing (which was, basically, everything) and to make sure all of the i’s were dotted and the t’s crossed with paperwork. The end result was that, in a slowing market, we received a cash offer within 2 weeks and over listing. What more can you ask for?

We cannot recommend Michelle highly enough — she’s a rockstar. We truly got the sense that she wanted what was best for us. And during what is a not a particularly fun process, she had a really great sense of humor about things, and always kept the situation in perspective.

Realtors often have specialties: location, price point, home type, etc. Michelle and Kate are not bound by any constraints - they do it all - and more. With Michelle and Kate, you get a team of realtors who have experience, knowledge, and connections. We sold a house on one side of town and bought a house on another side of town - Michelle and Kate went so far above and beyond to help us get the most value out of our sale and the most house for our money on our purchase. But that's just the business side. On a personal note, Michelle and Kate are patient, compassionate, and so very thoughtful. They understand the stresses of buying and selling real estate and care so deeply about their clients. I hope to be in our house for decades, they found us the most perfect home, but if I'm ever in the market again, I wouldn't call anyone else. They are the best of the best!
