Since 1996 Mike has been selling, leasing and managing Long Beach Real Estate. He has successfully closed over 1,000 transactions, while simultaneously building a substantial and tenured property-management clientele. Mike represents individual clients, large developers and public banks including Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Mike has extensive relocation experience working with many national relocation companies serving families moving in or out of the State of California.

In addition to his Degree in Finance from Cal State Long Beach, Mike is a firm believer in continuing education, earning premium industry designations such as the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. Mike is an enthusiastic member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Apartment Association, California Southern Cities.

As a native Californian, Mike takes great pride in the local Long Beach area and is heavily involved in the continued prosperous growth of the community. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the West Ocean HOA, Board of Directors for the Aqua Master HOA. He is past President and Vice President of the Downtown Long Beach Residents Council (DRC) Board of Directors, as well as a Founder and Past President of the Ocean Boulevard Community Residents Association (ORCA). Mike is a graduate and promoter of Long Beach CERT (emergency preparedness) training and a co-founder of GetReadyLongBeach.org. Mike also participates in the annual Holiday Sock Drive for the Homeless and has served on the DLBA Capital Improvement Task Force and was a member of the Long Beach Leadership graduating class of 2012.

His love and stewardship of the Long Beach Community can only be outmatched by Mike's proven track record of two decades as an aggressive, talented, and ardent real estate professional.
