First I must apologize for the lateness of this review. Looking back at 2016, it occurred to me I let this slip. My wife and I met Mike in mid 2015 at an open house. We were thinking of down sizing and Mike had a nice condo listing. We liked his style and kept in contact over the next 6 months. The situation changed and we had an opportunity to move to the desert. We contacted Mike and he became the listing agent for our home in San Pedro. He put together a multi media advertising campaign including Facebook, a property web page and magazine coverage. After having the house professionally staged, he had a professional photographer shoot photos of the house which included a drone to capture an aerial view of our hillside ocean view location. Mike held an open house every weekend and went door to door through out neighborhood to generate leads. He did a great job managing details and kept us informed through the entire process, good news and bad. By April we closed and headed to the desert. Mike is super chill and calm and won't badger and pester you - which is great for introverts. And he is funny and well rounded, so he's perfect for extroverts too. Mike handled all our paperwork in a prompt and ethical manner. He does the heavy lifting in dealing with loan officers and escrow agents; he knows tons of people so he can help you with recommendations for an inspector, a re-modeler, lenders, etc. He was always agreeable in working with our schedule - early hours, weekends, whatever. Plus, Mike is a true human being and he is very understanding of the frustrations and emotions that come about when you're trying to spend all your money on a house and sellers and lenders want you to jump through ridiculous hoops. We began our search for a new home in January. The range was from Huntington to Marina Del Rey. Mike found us the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood - under budget! It's become very difficult to qualify for a mortgage and purchase a home, especially from a difficult homeowner/agent. Also, we we're both out of the country in different places during the final 3 weeks of escrow. Escrow closed on time, without a hitch.
