Miranda is absolutely amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and was very helpful throughout the whole process...which may I include...was not a lengthy process!! I spoke with her, she looked at the house and we signed papers the next day! The house started being shown the day after and we had 2 offers within 4 days! We accepted an offer after we countered with the 2nd one, and house was scheduled for closing in the next 2 weeks. Definitely the simplest and most non stressful sale ever!!! Miranda is the best realtor in Ohio by a long shot. She helped us build a portfolio of multi-family homes with positive cash flow and later helped us sell them when the market was at its peak. Additionally she took on one of our homes in Youngstown we had problems selling for over a year. With Miranda's help we were able to sell the house at the listing price just a few months later. Miranda is a real estate rockstar! Her knowledge of the local area was top notch, and she made buying a house so easy! Then selling through her was equally satisfying! We got three offers in the first weekend of showing. her response time is impressive! I think the longest I waited for a response could be measured in minutes, but usually measured in seconds. She got us in every house we wanted to see within 24 hours of our request or less. This is who you want to use, look no further!

The market right now is so crazy and my husband, newborn, and I were moving from Cleveland and in need of a house. Alyssa quickly put together a profile and search for us and coordinated several showings for us in the short weekend we would be in town. I know several that have been on the hunt for months and Alyssa helped us in just a couple of weeks make and have our offer accepted! Miranda is incredible to work with. Most agents will get under contract with a seller or buyer and leave them high and dry. But Miranda is different because she guides you through every step of the process.

She helps you take a complex deal and make it simple with a step-by-step plan to get you to the finish line.
