My real estate career began in 2007 in Los Angeles as a sales associate. As a proud member of The Address family, I specialize in residential sales, purchases, and leasing. I work throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties thanks to my wide range of referrals from happy clients. I have lived in Playa Del Ray and currently reside in Torrance, affording my knowledge of the overall market and individual neighborhoods.

Prior to real estate, I worked in the hospitality industry both in China and Los Angeles. Working for the world’s best hotel brands trained me to always think one step ahead for my clients by foreseeing their needs and predicting ‘what’s next’ in each transaction in order to best serve them. I pride myself on my excellent listening and communication skills, great attention to detail, and conducting all business dealings with honesty and integrity.

Regardless of what situations or stages we are in, my clients can always trust me. When I promise, I deliver; when things get tough, they know I will undoubtedly give my utmost efforts to help them succeed in their real estate pursuits.

Born and raised in China, I am also fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese. Learning Spanish is one of my hobbies!
