Monica Guerrero

Monica is a full-time agent at AustinRealEstate.com, and she is also a licensed attorney. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 2007, and she received her B.A. in Political Science from Abilene Christian University in 2000. Monica spent most of her law career as a civil litigator, in and out of the courtroom. She has experience in contracts, negotiations, and conflict resolution, and she has also represented clients in landlord/tenant disputes and construction litigation. Consistent with her legal background, Monica is meticulous in her work and pays close attention to details. She is very driven and takes pride in her dedicated work ethic. Monica also loves using her professional skills to help people and clients. For Monica, real estate is not only a business, it is a passion. Monica has called Austin her home for nearly a decade. She takes full advantage of Austin’s live music scene, great new and old restaurants, outdoor hiking and biking trails, and water holes in the summer. She also enjoys wining and dining, cooking, interior decorating, and spending quality time with family and friends.
