Monsesca went above and beyond for me! I lived in another state so she did all the footwork and showed me many properties via FaceTime. It was a long frustrating process but she never lost her positive attitude. Monsesca kept my budget in mind, better than I did! She was so kind throughout, even transporting and storing a sofa that was delivered ahead of time. I would encourage anyone buying or selling to contact Monsesca first, you won’t be sorry!
