Nate is an unusually gifted client advocate. Intelligent, patient and gentle, he crafted an acquisition strategy resulting in a home run. Although the offer made through him was not the highest, it was the best as judged by the sellers. He's a person with a special consciousness about timing, strategy, fairness and assessing the marketplace that allows him to be the first among equals. He is ethical, honest and his transparency led to an optimal result. We liked his "playing by the rules" approach. In a highly competitive marketplace, this man is unlike other agent options. You'll see what I mean after you meet him.

Nate has always been very professional, making sure that all my needs as a buyer or seller have been met! he takes the time to listen to what I am looking for, I. E. Close to transportation, air conditioning/heater, washer/dryer, etc. He also Goes way above and beyond with his service! I just moved to another state and even after I have left he has made sure that our condo is clean, and on his own time adding such important details as painting and smoothing out some rough edges on the floors so it is even more appealing to sell! I would very highly recommend Nate as your next Real estate agent!

Nate was diligent in helping us find the perfect home for our growing family. I lost count of how many times I changed my mind about what “the ideal home” meant to me. Nate never skipped a beat. Each time I came up with an entirely new neighborhood and list of must haves, he would help my husband and me sort through our wants and needs and direct us to homes that would be potential fits. With busy schedules and a 1 year old, finding time to look at properties was sometimes difficult and almost always short notice but Nate worked with our schedule and we always felt like a priority. Finding a home and going through a closing during the early days of the COVID Pandemic could easily have been a nightmare but Nate navigated for us and helped make everything happen smoothly. Happily settled into my new home with baby number 2 on the way, I would recommend Nate as a trusted agent to work with especially during the added challenges of current times.
