About Nellie

Hi, I'm Nellie Scanlin! As a Realtor® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North, I'm passionate about helping people navigate the real estate market here in Eagle and the greater Boise area. Since becoming a realtor in May 2021, I've loved assisting clients with buying and selling homes, and I have a special interest in new construction. My background also includes experience with residential and construction loans, which helps me support my clients through every step.

Why real estate? Because I truly enjoy using my skills to help families achieve their dreams! I also know firsthand what it's like to move. My husband served 14 years in the Air Force, which meant our family relocated multiple times – we've called Alaska, Hawaii, and California home before finding our perfect spot here in Eagle, ID. We fell completely in love with the Idaho lifestyle and all the nature it offers.

You can often find my family – kids, Goldendoodles, and all – out hiking, fishing, or enjoying the beautiful lakes and rivers nearby. If you're thinking about settling down in the Eagle or Boise area, I would be thrilled to help you and your family find the ideal home and share resources to make your move as seamless as possible. Let's find your dream home together!
