Nico Rosmarin

Nico is a First Vice President at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate specializing in multifamily and development real estate in the South Bay and Westside of Los Angeles. After graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in economics began his career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Nico was an agent at Marcus and Millichap’s South Bay office. Nico is well versed in representing clients through sales, purchases, and 1031 exchanges and is experienced in multifamily, net-leased, and ground-up development properties. His in-depth market knowledge and tireless work ethic have consistently led to him achieving the highest value and smooth escrows for his clients.
