03/08/2016 - pinkworkcat Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Chapel Hill-Ben Davis, Indianapolis, IN. My husband and I came across Ms. Lloyd in pure luck we called a number about a home she was not listed as the agent but some how the number dialed led us to her. This was the best accident we were ever involved in. A small introduction over the phone led to a meeting where Ms. Lloyd came prepared out the gate. I must say I was not expecting that with the first meeting. She answered all of our questions and concerns with no hesitation. Because communication for us was a major priority for Ms. Lloyd assured us she would always be there to answer any and all questions. Being a early riser I had questions all times of morning and night sometimes before the sun even came up . Ms. Lloyd, always returned my calls, emails, text within minutes if not hours.. We knew we were not her only clients but she made us feel like we were and that we had he undivided attention at all time. Ms. Lloyd knowledge of the, search process, the loan process, and the contracts amazed me. She found us our dream home and got me the best deal I could of asked for and even when I thought I was being difficult and unreasonable she reminded me that this was a big deal and she was my solider at arms and she would fight for whatever it was I wanted. She was with us and not just in it to get the money. I LOVE Ms. Lloyd and I tell all my friends and family about her. Even after I move into my home she still checks in on us and I like knowing she is just a call away.

03/08/2016 - jalynm797 Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $100K in Snacks-Guion Creek, Indianapolis, IN. Nicole was very patient with me! This was extremely important to me as I had reservations about becoming a homeowner. Over a three to five year timeframe, she routinely checked in on me, with no pressure, to let me know she was still available whenever I was ready. She showed me every house, and then some, I wanted to see. Nicole knows her stuff! I've been in my home for almost 10 years now and I have Nicole to thanks for this. It was a no brainer when it was time for my family to sell my grandmother's home or when my sister wanted to start looking for a larger home who I would recommend. Thanks Nicole!
