Nily started her career as a real estate agent in South Florida dating back to 2005. A year later in 2006, she was introduced to the exciting world of Mortgage and started working as a Loan Processor. She was able to learn the insights in the loan process, such as dealing with underwriting departments, appraisers, title companies and other realtors. Having a well-rounded understanding of all the steps in the purchasing and selling of real estate, the Cuban-born-Miami-raised professional is able to guide and offer her clients an exclusive customer service and guidance.

In 2010, she took a break from the Real Estate industry, she pursued her dream of obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from the reputable Miami International University of Art and Design. She acquired many creative skills from branding, graphic design, photography, advertising, social media and web. Working in several advertising firms, Nily’s role as Art Director provided her with the necessary experience to run advertising campaigns, targeted marketing strategies, digital productions among other skills.

At the beginning of 2017, Nily resumed her Real Estate passion stronger than ever. After more than 10 years of sales and marketing, her knowledge of Real Estate and Mortgage, along with these attributes, allows Nily to stand out in the industry. Her motto is to work ethically, professionally and persistently for the benefit of her clients. She will guide buyers and sellers in their real estate decisions, represent their interest with extensive knowledge and understanding of today’s market.
