If you are looking for a realtor in the Bay Area, you have to see if Patrick is available, as he's the best you can ever hope for and is someone I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Patrick made the entire experience of buying a house not just digestible, but easy and fun. Between his extensive knowledge of not just the process but also the market, his easy-going personality and his professionalism and attitude, he was the absolute perfect person to help us find our home.

First, his knowledge is impressive and it comes tempered with years of work in customer service. This allows him to take the dense and lengthy process of house purchasing in California and explain it so we knew it completely, while making it far less imposing a process. This is especially impressive given the current housing market here in the Bay Area as anyone looking to buy a house knows they are making a major investment, if not the most major investment of their lives.

Second, his knowledge of the market and connections to the industry means he has access to listings and properties that haven't made it to MLS yet, while also garnering him access to properties that may be hard to walk-through, a must for any homebuyer. He was able to tailor his inspection process to what we wanted to see, showing off highlights in each of the houses but making sure we knew both the pros and cons of each property. It was this attention to detail in both his on-site presence and in his reports that saved us from choosing a house that could have been a massive money sink.

Lastly, his professionalism is impeccable, with his reputation in the industry here being top-notch and his demeanor with us and everyone he works with being absolutely fantastic. While I knew Patrick before the buying process and had worked with him before in another life, I was always impressed with how he carried himself as our realtor and the sense of purpose he has when it comes to finding people their new homes.

My wife and I are still absolutely amazed at the house Patrick was able to get us, it's still far beyond our greatest expectations and between the quality of construction, location and amenities we feel like we won't ever outgrow it. It's the perfect house and no-one else could have not just found it, but gotten us through the whole process to own it like Patrick has.

We found Patrick while house hunting in the summer of 2021. Patrick walked us through everything so we understood the process of buying a house. He is knowledgeable, patient and was thorough with helping us find a home. He always responded in a timely manner after any email/text and he offered his services when we were unable to do some things that conflicted with our work schedules. The Walker team he works with is just as amazing and we are lucky to have worked with them all. He is awesome with kids and we know he is one we will keep in touch with. We highly recommend working with Patrick if you are looking for a home. He will not disappoint!
