Patrick helped me buy my first home. He was just a blessing to work with. As a first time buyer I felt completely intimidated by the whole process. Patrick was there through it all, prequalifying, viewing, putting in an offer. The guy was incredible. When time came to sell, I walked away with a profit. Some of my sweetest memories are in that first home and I have Patrick to thank. Do yourself a favor and drop him a line.

I coincidentally and serendipitously met Patrick the very first day I arrived to LA from the east coast.

Patrick is very knowledge about Los Angeles county and South Bay Real estate. He was born here, grew up here and still lives in SB area.

Patrick helped me find my first condo and made the process easy.

He has a lot of energy, his mind is always churning, he drives toward solutions and creative ways of getting deals done.

He was always available and flexible when I needed to see a place.

Four years after my purchase Patrick continues to be available as a resource to bat around investment property ideas and for contractor references to carry out work on my condo like external painting, window replacement etc.
